Kitchens, Bathrooms, Laundries and More!

Throughout the year we have successfully transformed old, and tired houses, into stunning luxury homes.

One of our more recent home makeovers was at Alfords Point in Sydney. We were contacted to undertake in a kitchen and bathroom renovation but after discussing the services we provide they were fastly sold on a whole home renovation!

We made our mark from the very start - the front door. A tired, dated old door was no way to welcome guests so we transformed an outdated timber door into an aluminium door, fitted by our carpenter.

The floor was the next task we attended to. A small 300x300mm tile was replaced with a taupe colour ceramic tile in a larger size of 600x600mm semi gloss. The tiles were laid in the whole downstairs area covering over 60m2.

The kitchen renovation was the next task on our list. The goal of the kitchen was to take a closed in space and open it up to better entertain guests. There was walls knocked down, and a beam installed for house structural support to create a more social area.

A modern kitchen was the style desired for our clients. A finger pull kitchen, with engineered stone benchtop; State of the art kitchen hardware from Hettich including all soft close hinges and runners to help maximise the cupboard size; kitchen door material in polyurethane in a high gloss finish.

To suit the busy lifestyle of our clients, from the kids school to after school activities, a hanging and storage cabinet was necessary to suit the lifestyle. We fitted a pull-

down Hettich rod, that easily helps not only utilise space, but also reach to the top of the cabinet without having to stand on a chair.

A beautiful Island bench was built for entertainment and comfort. Suits perfectly to this family, and is in the heart of their home. Positioned centre of their entertainment space, this perfect design for this family.

After working hard on the first part of the home next we were onto the laundry. By removing all the joinery and taking out a wall that was dividing the laundry from the toilet room we opened up the space and added a whole new look to it. With a high ceiling and laundry/bathroom combination this was another successfully transformed sector to this now modern home!

We completed a lot of structural modifications at this home including all of the works featured in the above photos which includes a new flight of stairs in a stunning timber floor board with a beautiful glass side railing complemented by recessed stair lighting, a beautiful understairs unit, and an amazing fire place.
