  1. Do you provide free quotes?
    Yes we provide free no obligation quotes for kitchens and bathrooms renovations in Sydney. Plus free quotations on custom joinery (custom TV Theatre Units, custom office desks, custom wardrobes) outdoor alfresco.
     

  2. I want more than just a kitchen, do you provide other sorts of joinery? 
    Yes, we can offer designs for any room of your home, office or commercial premises.
     

  3. Do you provide appliances?
    Yes we can provide appliances if you like, we have a very good connection with Winnings Appliances.

     

  4. Can you provide all trades and services apart of your quotation? Yes we certainly can. Artistic Kitchens and Bathroom renovations have a "contractors license". This means we are licensed to provide sub-contracts under our name, an example of sub-contractors include plumbers, electricians, tilers plus more!
     

  5. We have an interior designer who would like to co-ordinate with you is that okay? 
    Yes that is fine, we also have interior designers we can recommend if need be.

     

  6. Will someone be here every day?                                                                                                                       In the first week of your renovation we will have someone there almost every day. However, due to manufacturing there will be days where where work will be done behind the scenes (ie, bench top fabrication).  
     

  7. How will you protect my property?
    Caution will be taken by all tradesmen. Cover sheets can also be used to protect flooring upon request.

     

  8. How will you communicate with me?
    Based on the contact details you have provided.

     

  9. What will happen if there’s a change in order?
    We will notify you of the change and provide an updated schedule upon your approval.

     

  10. How will you let me know if I need to make a decision? 
    A phone call will be made, following with an email confirming the conversation.

     

  11. How do I reach you after hours?

  12. When do I need to be available to meet? 
    You are required to make selections and sign off plans at the agreed time and date, during stone and glass check measure (this is for your convenience this is not compulsory) and during Inspections.
